Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at hello@saska.ae with your order number.


Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. Products can be returned within 15 days, even if you simply change your mind. The item must be unused and in its original condition. A 25 AED return fee applies.

Q: What if the product is damaged or defective?
If the item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, we will accept the return or offer a replacement at no cost.

Q: What items are non-returnable?
Customized products, clearance items, and perishable goods are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Yes. All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:
