Free Standard Delivery: Orders delivered within 3–5 working days at no extra cost.

Express Delivery: Orders delivered within 48 hours.
Cost: AED 10
Example:
Orders placed on Monday are processed Tuesday and delivered within the selected delivery window.
Orders placed on Sunday, or public holidays are processed the next working day.

2. Order Tracking
- If you are a registered user, you can easily track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
- After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s status.

- All orders are shipped via our reliable local delivery partners to ensure fast and safe delivery across the UAE

5. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). At this time, international shipping is not available, though we are actively working on expanding our delivery options to include GCC countries in the near future.
6. Shipping Issues
- Address Accuracy: Please provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. Saska.ae is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at support@saska.ae. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure that you receive a replacement if necessary.

Undelivered Packages: If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package: The shipment will be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
