How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience a problem with your product during the warranty period:

  2. Our support team will evaluate your claim and guide you through the next steps.
  3. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
  4. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer store credit or a refund, depending on the situation.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required for all claims.
  • The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from SASKA Trading.
  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to returning the product unless the defect falls under our responsibility.
