Returns and Refunds Policy

At SASKA Trading (saska.ae), your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review the guidelines below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns (Within 15 Days)

All return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. We accept returns if one of the following conditions is met:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product arrived damaged during shipping.
  • You changed your mind or no longer need the product (a 25 AED return shipping fee applies).

Product Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of these conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • It is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • For products without factory seals, our team will inspect the item upon return to confirm it has not been used or tampered with.

Non-returnable items: Customized products (Engraved, personalized, and special packaging), clearance items, and perishable goods cannot be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a return request on our website, including your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our SASKA team will review your request and notify you whether the return is approved or declined.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for new, unused products:

  • If you need a different size, color, or variant, follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
  • Special conditions may apply for certain sensitive items (e.g., electronics or personal care products). Please contact us for details about exchanging these items.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and we receive the item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method. For credit/debit card or online payments, we will credit your card or account.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UAE bank transfer. Please ensure you provide your bank account details.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, a defective item or incorrect shipment).

v  Your bank details will be used solely for processing refunds and handled securely.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or if you no longer want the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part or the product is defective or damaged, SASKA Trading will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
  • If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately with your order details.
